At nantucketcommunityschool.com we respect your privacy and will not sell or provide in any way your personal and confidential information to outside mailing lists or marketing companies. Any information you give us will only be used to process your order and provide customer service. When you place an order with us, we require your name, phone number, mailing address, e-mail address, and credit card information so that we may process and ship your order as soon as possible. Your e-mail address and your phone number allow us to contact you about the status of your order. Any information stored on our site resides on a secure server only accessible to nantucketcommunityschool.com
"Cookies" are small pieces of information that are stored by your web browser on your computer's hard drive. Cookies enable us to provide features that enhance your shopping experience when you visit nantucketcommunityschool.com and remember your name and email address so you won't have to re-enter it. Most Web browsers automatically accept cookies, but if you change your browser to prevent that, you can still use most of the features in our store, including placing items in your shopping cart and purchasing them.

Emails:

nantucketcommunityschool.com will use your email address to send your order confirmation number and shipper tracking number. We would also like to keep you updated on product, specials, and website information. You may opt in/out of any mailings you wish/do not wish to receive.

Payment Policy:

Payments made on nantucketcommunityschool.com must be made in full at time of registration. Please make check or money order payable to NCS (Nantucket Community School). Please include the participant's name and class name on the memo line. Separate checks are necessary for each program you are making payment for. Unfortunately, we are unable to handle cash payments. All outstanding balances with the Community School must be paid in full in advance of registering for programs

Refund:

Refunds will be given as credit only. After the program has begun, refunds will be a credit only, minus a $25 administration fee. Registration and Camp tuition are non-refundable.

Credits:

All requests for credits must be submitted in writing. Please include name of participant, address, phone number and class name. Please send to: Nantucket Community School, 10 Surfside Road, CPS Rm 02, Nantucket, MA 02554.

Withdraw:

If you need to withdraw from a program, please notify the office directly. NO REFUNDS only a credit will be issued.

Cancellation:

If a class is cancelled due to insufficient enrollment, a full refund will be issued with hte exception of summer sport camps.

 

EXTENDED DAY PROGRAM:

Payment is due before the first day of every month. For families interested in a payment plan, please contact the Extended Day program at 228-7285 ext. 3581. Payment must be received before the first day of each month or have a payment plan set up for your child to be actively enrolled in the program. If payment is not received on time, your child's spot will be filled from the wait list. If a student is absent from a program day, there are no refunds or credits for the day missed, including snow days.
